Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SEM Specialist to join our Communication and Media team in the Digital Media division. The SEM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our search engine marketing campaigns to drive online visibility, increase website traffic, and support conversion targets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective search engine marketing strategies to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and insights, and recommend optimizations to improve overall performance.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure campaign compliance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM strategies with broader marketing goals and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
